ELIGIBILITY: Open and offered only to legal residents of the 50 United States (including Washington, D.C.), Canada, U.K., Ireland, and Australia who have reached the age of majority in his or her state of residence at the time of entry. Golf Aficionado Magazine’s officers, employees or representatives, and their immediate families and/or household members and any other persons or entities are ineligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. Only one entry per contestant is allowable.
ENTRIES: All entries become the property of Golf Aficionado Magazine and will not be acknowledged or returned. Golf Aficionado Magazine reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an Entrant who submits more than the stated maximum limit of entries by using multiple/different e-mail addresses, identities, registrations, phone numbers and logins, or any other methods, or who Golf Aficionado Magazine believes has attempted to tamper with, influence or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Contest. Golf Aficionado Magazine may reject any submitted entry that it determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, fails to meet any of the eligibility requirements. Golf Aficionado Magazine is not responsible for late, incorrect, incomplete, invalid, garbled, undelivered, stolen, unintelligible, misdirected, entries, which will be disqualified. Use of any automated system(s) to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification of all such entries as well as the Entrant. By entering this Contest, Entrants agree that each entry becomes the property of Golf Aficionado Magazine and that Golf Aficionado Magazine may use such entry for any proper purpose.
PRIZES & CONDITIONS: One (1) winner will be chosen at Golf Aficionado Magazine’s sole discretion based on the criteria set forth below. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries, a minimum of 1000 entries required for the driver to be awarded. The Prize Winner will be named the winner of the 2019 PGA Championship Contest and contacted by the email provided on the entry form.
DETERMINATION OF WINNER: The winning contestant will be awarded the price set forth in the description; this prize is not redeemable for cash, nor exchangeable, nor transferable and must be redeemed prior to 3 months after notification of winning. Every attempt will be made to meet the winning contestant’s choice of hand, shaft, and flex, however, cannot be assured. Ground shipping within the contiguous United States is included; shipping beyond the contiguous United States is at the winning contestant’s expense. The winning contestant will be chosen at Golf Aficionado Magazine’s sole discretion based on the following criteria Selecting (a) the winning player of Championship and (b) comes closest to but does not exceed the score of the winning player. In the event of two or more correct winning entries or the absence of a winning entry, a winning contestant will be chosen at random using Golf Aficionado Magazine’s sole and absolute discretion.
PERIOD: All entries must be submitted prior to the first tee shot of day 1 of play. Entries that are submitted after the date & time specified will be disqualified.
TAXES: Prize winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes (if applicable) associated with the receipt of any prize.
USE OF DATA: Golf Aficionado Magazine will announce the winner on Facebook, Twitter, blogs and various other sites using the winning contestant’s first name, first initial of their last name, and the state they reside. By participating, your email address is added to Golf Aficionado Magazine’s Daily Deal Team, but not shared beyond this use.
