Wynn Announces Celebrity Chef Golf Tournament Hosted by

Acclaimed Chef Thomas Keller, a Master Class with Yakitoriguy, and More

Wynn Las Vegas announces additional programming for Revelry, a new culinary festival co-produced by Wynn Las Vegas and leading culinary innovator Elizabeth Blau, debuting June 5-8. Sponsors include title sponsor GE Profile, along with presenting sponsors Cumulus Coffee, Chef’s Warehouse and Resy/Amex.

The newest additions to Revelry’s schedule of events and curated experiences include a celebrity chef golf tournament hosted by renowned chef Thomas Keller, an intimate dining experience at Delilah from Chef Joshua Smith in collaboration with Chef Michael Symon, a master class with famed Yakitoriguy, and Sweet Imagination at Work Powered by GE Profile – a master class with pastry chefs Michael Outlaw and Salvatore Martone.

New programming includes:

  • Wynn Celebrity Chef Golf Tournament, hosted by Thomas Keller and Friends: Friday, June 7
  • The Yakitori Evangelist with Yakitoriguy: Friday, June 7
    • Social media sensation and chef Yakitoriguy will bring his legendary Japanese grilled chicken to Revelry for a master class and tasting. Attending guests will learn how the famed chef deconstructs a chicken, makes a flavor-packed glaze, and expertly grills. 
  • Chef Michael Symon x Chef Joshua Smith Collaboration Dinner: Friday, June 7
    • Chef, restaurateur, and Food Network personality Michael Symon will join forces with Delilah Executive Chef Joshua Smith for a special collaboration dinner at Wynn’s modern-day supper club. Hosted in Delilah’s private dining room and patio, the intimate gathering will feature a Mediterranean-inspired menu featuring grilled octopus with chickpeas and tomatoes; grilled lamb chops with pea tzatziki and lemon potatoes; and salt baked lavraki with ladolemono dressing.
  • Sweet Imagination at Work – Powered by GE Profile: Saturday, June 8
    • SW Steakhouse and Lakeside Executive Pastry Chef Michael Outlaw and longtime protégé to Chef Joël Robuchon, Salvatore Martone, will join forces for an unforgettable dessert experience. The dynamic duo will share their secrets to creating restaurant-caliber desserts at home as guests sample a selection of sweet treats.
  • The Feast: Saturday, June 8
    • The list of celebrated chefs featured in Revelry’s multi-sensory signature grand tasting event now includes Jose Ayala and Stephanie Sandfrey from José Andrés Group; Esdras Ochoa from Mexicali Taco & Co.; Alfred Portale from Zero Bond and Sartiano’s; and more.
