PAYNTR Golf has introduced the CHEF RX RS, a new premium performance golf shoe created in collaboration with PGA TOUR star and PAYNTR Golf ambassador Min Woo Lee.
Lee worked closely with the company’s product team throughout the development process, providing feedback on the shoe’s fit, stability, traction, responsiveness and appearance. The new model follows PAYNTR Golf’s recent launch of the Eighty Seven SC, which was developed with Jason Day.
“I wanted a shoe that felt locked in and responsive when I’m swinging at full speed, but I also wanted it to look clean, premium and different from anything else out there,” Lee said. “We kept testing and refining the shoe until every detail felt right. The CHEF RX RS gives me the stability, comfort and traction I need to go after it while still representing my personality and style.”
The CHEF RX RS is built around PAYNTR Golf’s PMXSpeed PLT propulsion plate, designed to help golfers use ground reaction forces more effectively during the swing. A TPU outsole and Fast Twist insert system provide multidirectional traction and stability.
Underfoot, the shoe combines a lightweight PMXNITROGEN+ footbed with a PMXFOAM midsole for responsive cushioning and support. A mock-leather welt gives the performance-focused design a more refined appearance.
The upper is constructed from PRIMEASIA full-grain leather, offering a combination of support, flexibility and lightweight performance. Laser perforations improve breathability, while PAYNTR Golf’s WATERPROOF+ membrane is fused to the lining and sealed with a waterproof bottom gasket.
An engineered full-length knit tongue and integrated bootie construction wrap around the foot to create a secure, customized fit without sacrificing breathability or comfort.
